We recommend attending all sessions for the full benefit, but we provide detailed materials to help you catch up if you miss one. Sessions are also recorded for online participants.

How large are the classes?

In-person sessions are limited to 15 participants to ensure personal attention. Online sessions are capped at 20 participants.
